Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Architect scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and database structures.
- Build reusable UI components and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality code.
- Collaborate closely with designers, QA, and product teams to deliver robust features.
- Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices, performance standards, and coding guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer using React.js and Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript (optional), and ES6+ features.
- Experience working with MongoDB, Express, and REST API development.
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management (Redux), and component-based development.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure preferred).
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle ownership, and communicate effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience with microservices or serverless architecture.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or modern deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with React Native or Next.js.
