Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from user research, wireframes, and prototypes to final UI designs.
- Create modern, responsive, and visually appealing UI layouts for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user insights to refine designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.
- Maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and component libraries.
- Ensure all designs follow best practices in UX, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Present design concepts and solutions clearly to internal teams and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of user psychology, UX principles, and responsive design.
- Experience with design systems, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clean and simple user journeys.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with developers in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for better design-to-development handoff.
- Understanding of motion design or micro-interactions.
